Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains the cancellation, billing adjustment, refund and subscription-related procedures applicable to paid services and sponsored advertising subscriptions available through MerchantSaudagar.com.

Effective Date: August 7, 2026 Last Updated: September 19, 2026

1. About This Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs applicable cancellations, subscription renewals, billing adjustments and refund requests relating to paid services available through MerchantSaudagar.com.

MerchantSaudagar.com is operated by Merchants Integra Digital, a sole proprietorship registered in India.

As a B2B marketplace, certain paid services may provide digital advertising visibility, sponsored placements, premium marketplace exposure, account-related services or other digital functionality that may be activated after successful payment and approval.

2. Subscription Cancellation

Users with eligible recurring Monthly or Annual Sponsored Advertisement Plans may request cancellation of future renewals.

Cancellation Process

A cancellation request may be submitted through the applicable billing or account-management functionality available within the user's dashboard, or by sending a clear cancellation request from the registered business email address associated with the account.

For billing and refund-related matters, users may contact:

Cancellation Timing

Where recurring billing applies, users should submit cancellation requests at least 48 hours before the next scheduled renewal to allow reasonable processing time.

A cancellation request received after a renewal has already been processed may be treated as a cancellation of the next renewal rather than a reversal of the already completed billing transaction, subject to the applicable refund provisions of this policy.

After Cancellation

Unless otherwise stated for a particular service, an approved cancellation of a subscription does not automatically terminate the current paid service period. Sponsored visibility or other paid functionality may remain available until the end of the applicable paid billing period.

Cancellation of a recurring subscription prevents future renewal charges after the cancellation has been processed.

3. General Refund Principles

Many MerchantSaudagar paid services are digital services that may involve immediate allocation of advertising placement, platform resources, promotional visibility or other digital functionality.

General Position

Unless a refund is specifically provided for under this policy, applicable law, the relevant order terms, or an approved billing adjustment, payments for activated digital advertising and sponsored services are generally non-refundable.

This means that cancellation of a subscription does not, by itself, create an automatic entitlement to a refund for unused days remaining in an already-paid billing period.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer, contractual, statutory, tax, payment or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

4. Refunds and Billing Adjustments

MerchantSaudagar may review refund or billing-adjustment requests in circumstances including the following:

  • Duplicate Billing: Where the same subscription transaction is successfully charged more than once due to a confirmed payment or platform processing error, the duplicate amount may be reviewed for reversal or refund.
  • Confirmed Platform Delivery Failure: Where a confirmed internal platform failure prevents an approved sponsored advertisement from being delivered for a prolonged and material period, MerchantSaudagar may review the account for an appropriate billing adjustment, service extension or refund.
  • Incorrect Billing: Where an amount has been charged incorrectly due to a confirmed billing or system error, the transaction may be reviewed and corrected.
  • Other Exceptional Circumstances: A refund or billing adjustment may be considered where required by applicable law, the applicable payment arrangement, or a specific written commitment made by MerchantSaudagar for the relevant service.
Important:

A refund request does not automatically constitute an approval of a refund. Each request may be reviewed against the applicable transaction records, service status, payment information and circumstances of the request.

5. Sponsored Advertisement Delivery Issues

Sponsored advertisements may depend on advertisement approval, technical processing, placement availability, account status, content compliance, payment confirmation and other platform conditions.

If an approved advertisement is affected by a confirmed internal platform failure for a continuous period exceeding 72 consecutive hours, the user may submit a billing-adjustment request for review.

Depending on the circumstances, an approved adjustment may take the form of an extension of service, account credit, pro-rata adjustment or refund.

This provision does not normally apply where advertisement delivery is affected by user-controlled factors, including incomplete information, non-compliant content, account suspension, unpaid amounts, requested changes, incorrect destination information or other circumstances outside the platform's reasonable control.

6. Refund Request & Claim Window

To allow timely investigation of payment and technical records, users should report suspected duplicate charges, billing errors or material service-delivery failures as soon as reasonably possible.

For technical billing or transaction-related claims, MerchantSaudagar requests that supporting information be submitted within 7 calendar days of the relevant transaction or incident whenever reasonably possible.

A claim submitted after this period may still be reviewed where required by applicable law or where sufficient transaction records remain available for investigation.

Information to Include

  • Account or registered business email address.
  • Transaction or order reference, where available.
  • Date and approximate time of the transaction.
  • Description of the billing or service issue.
  • Relevant payment confirmation or transaction evidence, with sensitive payment credentials removed.

7. Refund Processing

Where a refund has been reviewed and approved, the refund will generally be initiated through the payment method or payment service provider used for the original transaction.

Where supported by the applicable payment provider and transaction method, refunds are generally returned to the original payment source rather than redirected to an unrelated account or third-party payment instrument.

Processing Time

After MerchantSaudagar or the applicable payment provider initiates an approved refund, the time required for the funds to appear in the user's account may vary according to the payment method, banking institution, card network, payment provider and applicable settlement processes.

As a general operational estimate, approved refunds may take approximately 5 to 7 working days after initiation, although the actual time may be longer depending on the relevant financial institution or payment provider.

8. Payment Providers

MerchantSaudagar may use third-party payment providers, including applicable providers such as Razorpay or Stripe, for processing eligible payments and refunds.

Payment processing, settlement, chargebacks, reversals and refund timing may also be subject to the terms, policies and technical procedures of the applicable payment provider and financial institution.

MerchantSaudagar does not control the internal processing time of a bank, card network, UPI provider or other independent financial institution.

9. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Users are encouraged to contact MerchantSaudagar first when they believe a transaction has been incorrectly charged, duplicated or otherwise requires review.

Where a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated through a bank, card issuer, payment provider or other financial institution, MerchantSaudagar may provide relevant transaction, account and service records to the applicable payment or dispute-resolution process, subject to applicable law.

A chargeback investigation may affect the availability of the associated paid service while the transaction remains under review.

10. Situations Generally Not Eligible for Refund

Subject to applicable law and the specific circumstances of a transaction, refunds are generally not provided solely because:

  • The user changes their business or advertising plans after purchasing a service.
  • The user does not use all available days of an active paid subscription.
  • The user chooses to cancel after the current billing period has already started.
  • Advertisement performance, visibility or commercial results do not meet the user's expectations, where the contracted service itself was delivered.
  • The user's account or advertisement becomes unavailable because of a violation of the Terms & Conditions or other applicable platform requirements.

11. Taxes and Statutory Adjustments

Applicable taxes, GST treatment, tax invoices, credit notes, debit notes and related billing adjustments will be handled in accordance with applicable tax requirements and the circumstances of the relevant transaction.

Where a refund or billing adjustment affects a tax invoice, the corresponding tax documentation may also need to be adjusted in accordance with applicable law.

The tax treatment of cross-border services may depend on the applicable statutory conditions, place-of-supply rules, documentation and other requirements applicable to the transaction.

12. Changes to This Policy

MerchantSaudagar may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in its services, billing arrangements, payment processes, technology or applicable legal requirements.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised β€œLast Updated” date where appropriate.

13. Relationship With Other Policies

This Cancellation & Refund Policy should be read together with the MerchantSaudagar.com Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Where a specific written commercial agreement or order term expressly applies to a particular service, that agreement may govern the relevant transaction to the extent permitted by applicable law.
