Certain services may be subject to additional terms, subscription conditions, order terms, advertising requirements, payment conditions, or other notices presented at the time of using or purchasing those services.
2. B2B Commercial Nature of the Platform
MerchantSaudagar.com is designed primarily as a Business-to-Business (B2B) marketplace and business discovery platform.
The Platform provides tools and services intended to help businesses discover products, manufacturers, exporters, traders, suppliers, commercial partners, and business opportunities.
The Platform is not intended to function as a general consumer retail marketplace for personal, family, or household purchases.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is appropriate for their business activities and complies with applicable laws and regulations.
3. User Accounts & Registration
Certain Platform features may require registration and the creation of a user account.
When registering or maintaining an account, you agree to provide information that is accurate, current, complete, and not misleading.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must not impersonate another person, business, or organization.
- You must not create accounts or profiles for fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.
- You must promptly update material account or business information when it becomes inaccurate.
- You are responsible for activities conducted through your account, subject to applicable law and security circumstances.
Where tax, billing, business registration, or other compliance information is requested, you are responsible for providing accurate information and appropriate supporting documentation.
4. Business Profiles & Marketplace Information
MerchantSaudagar allows users to publish business profiles, product information, images, descriptions, contact information, and other commercial content.
You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted to the Platform is accurate, lawful, and suitable for publication.
MerchantSaudagar may modify, restrict, remove, or decline to publish information that appears inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, abusive, inappropriate, or inconsistent with Platform requirements.
Publication of a business profile, product, advertisement, or other content does not constitute an endorsement, certification, guarantee, or independent verification of the business, product, person, or claim described in that content unless expressly stated by MerchantSaudagar.
5. RFQs, Inquiries & Business Communications
MerchantSaudagar provides tools that may allow users to submit Requests for Quotation (RFQs), product inquiries, and other business communications.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information contained in any RFQ, inquiry, response, attachment, or other communication you submit.
When you initiate a business communication, information necessary to facilitate that communication may be shared with the relevant marketplace participant.
MerchantSaudagar does not guarantee that a recipient will respond, provide a quotation, enter into a transaction, or fulfil any commercial commitment.
6. Sponsored Advertising & Premium Visibility
MerchantSaudagar may offer paid sponsored advertising, featured placement, premium visibility, and related business promotion services.
Advertising packages may provide visibility in specified areas of the Platform for the duration and placement described at the time of purchase.
- Availability, placement, duration, pricing, and visibility may vary according to the selected package.
- Advertising placement does not guarantee a particular number of impressions, clicks, inquiries, leads, sales, or revenue.
- MerchantSaudagar may reject or suspend an advertisement that violates applicable law, Platform policies, or advertising requirements.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that advertisements and promotional claims are accurate and lawful.
- Renewal or continuation of a sponsored service is subject to the applicable package, payment status, availability, and renewal conditions.
7. Pricing, Billing & Payments
Paid services are charged according to the price and billing conditions presented to you at the time of purchase or renewal.
Depending on the selected service, billing may be monthly, annually, or based on another clearly stated service period.
Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers, including providers such as Razorpay and Stripe, where enabled for the relevant transaction.
MerchantSaudagar is designed not to store raw payment-card credentials such as full card numbers or CVV values in its application database. Payment providers independently process payment credentials under their own security, contractual, and privacy frameworks.
MerchantSaudagar may retain transaction-related information such as order references, payment status, amount, currency, invoice information, tax information, and payment-provider transaction identifiers for accounting, reconciliation, customer support, security, and legal or regulatory purposes.
8. Pricing Changes & Service Modifications
MerchantSaudagar may introduce new services, modify existing packages, change prices, discontinue features, or introduce additional pricing models from time to time.
Where applicable, material pricing changes affecting an existing paid subscription or renewal will be communicated through appropriate channels before they take effect for the relevant future billing period.
Nothing in these Terms requires MerchantSaudagar to continue a particular package, feature, placement, or pricing structure indefinitely.
9. Taxes & Billing Compliance
Applicable taxes may be determined based on the nature of the service, transaction value, customer information, billing location, place-of-supply rules, tax registration information, and other factors required under applicable law.
India
For taxable supplies made in India, applicable GST may be charged according to the relevant provisions of Indian GST law. Depending on the transaction and place-of-supply rules, the applicable tax may include CGST and SGST or IGST.
International Transactions
Certain services supplied to customers outside India may qualify as exports of services and may be eligible for zero-rated treatment where all statutory conditions are satisfied.
Where MerchantSaudagar supplies eligible services without payment of IGST under a valid Letter of Undertaking (LUT), the applicable GST requirements and documentation will be handled in accordance with the prevailing law and applicable conditions.
The tax treatment of an individual transaction may depend on applicable place-of-supply rules, customer status, tax registration, nature of service, payment conditions, and other statutory requirements. Accordingly, the Platform does not guarantee a particular tax outcome solely on the basis of a customer's country or tax registration.
Where appropriate and technically enabled, MerchantSaudagar may use third-party tax calculation or compliance services to assist with applicable tax determination.
Users are responsible for providing accurate tax and billing information and for obtaining their own professional tax advice where necessary.
10. User Content & Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of intellectual property rights they lawfully own in content they submit to the Platform, subject to the rights granted below and applicable law.
By submitting business descriptions, product information, photographs, logos, catalogs, advertisements, RFQs, or other content, you grant MerchantSaudagar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, promote, maintain, and improve the Platform and the services you request.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content and grant the above license.

MerchantSaudagar may temporarily suspend, modify, restrict, or discontinue portions of the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, security reasons, operational requirements, legal compliance, or other legitimate business purposes.
15. Account Suspension & Termination
MerchantSaudagar may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account or particular services where reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, its users, third parties, or legitimate business interests, including where there is suspected fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, security risk, material breach of these Terms, or violation of Platform policies.
Where appropriate and permitted by law, MerchantSaudagar may provide notice or an opportunity to address the relevant issue.
Suspension or termination does not automatically extinguish obligations that by their nature should continue, including payment obligations, intellectual-property provisions, confidentiality obligations, limitation of liability provisions, dispute provisions, and other surviving terms.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not warrant that the Platform will always be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, or free from errors, defects, or harmful components.
Information supplied by users, businesses, advertisers, or other third parties remains their responsibility, and users should independently assess information before relying upon it for commercial decisions.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MerchantSaudagar and Merchants Integra Digital shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or business-interruption losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
This includes, where legally permitted, losses relating to lost profits, lost business opportunities, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or commercial transactions entered into between users.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
18. User Responsibility & Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, users are responsible for their content, conduct, business activities, and use of the Platform.
Where legally enforceable, a user may be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the user's unlawful conduct, material breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or misuse of the Platform.
19. Privacy

By using the Platform, you should review the Privacy Policy and understand how information may be processed in connection with marketplace services, accounts, inquiries, RFQs, advertising, billing, security, and compliance.
20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Republic of India, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that may apply to a user under applicable law.
Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to the Platform, these Terms, or services provided by Merchants Integra Digital shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Patna, Bihar, India.

MerchantSaudagar may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, services, technology, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Where required by applicable law, material changes may also be communicated through an appropriate notice or other reasonable method.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue to the extent permitted by applicable law.
